How to Be WINNING Charlie Sheen style!

I always hear people say "I never win anything!" When I tell them they should enter a contest.  What most people don't realize is that it's not luck you need. It's skill.  I have been entering contest's for...a little over a year now.  At first I didn't win every single one, but for starting out, I won a good amount. I can't quite remember EVERY single one I have won. But if I knew what I know now about contest's and how to win them...oh my oh my. I would have a lot of prizes.
I have kept my ways secret for so long now that I am almost scared to post it on here.

Before I tell you what you'll need, and how to do it,   Let me show you everything that I have won that I can remember, and what kind of contest it was. First we will start out with my favorite prize I have ever won. The Used tickets. (click on the band name to take you to my FAVORITE video of them ever. it will make you LOL) I won these tickets by making a "Tour Poster" Which is the photo to the right :) It was one of the best concerts I have ever went to. When I found out I won...I screamed and jumped so much! haha! There really isn't much skill in this, except for do your best and look at their other tour poster's to see what they dig.
Another contest I have won is the "Spencer's Proud to be pierced!" contest. I entered with this picture (This is my metal look :p) And won with a whopping 1,111 votes! The winner won a 500 dollar giftcard to Spencer's gifts! For this, there was LOTS of competetion, and A LOT of skill. And I'll tell you how below after I finish telling you what else I have won. Let me tell you though, with this giftcard, I had a blast! I bought so much party gear for my boyfriend and friends! I bought corsets, I bought a good amount of stuff from the "intimates section" and I bought stuff for my friends! I think the best thing I bought with that card though, was the BONGZILLA! Which is a six foot beer bong that has six tentacle straw things coming out of it! (Click on BONGZILLA for a link to a picture) And It is the BEST party toy you can get! Another thing I won is a Rockin' Bones tote bag! (if you LOVE alternative wear then I suggest you check out www.rockinbones.net SO AWESOME) But this bag is ONE of a kind, their is not another one like it anywhere they made one and ONLY one. And what I had to do was answer a question and get people to "like" it. I got 30 people to like it (which is easy enough to do with facebook) But I LOVE this bag, it's adorable! Another thing I have won is 50 dollars worth of body piercing jewelry from Wicked Body Jewelz. (Not recommended)  and what they were doing is one easter they hid eggs ALL over there Forum, facebook, online store and there twitter. And whoever counted the right amount of eggs one. It took me TWO hours to count these damn eggs and find them. But you know what! I did it, I found all those fuckers (probably the most tedious contest I ever entered). And chose a couple belly button rings and septum rings. Click here to see my favorite belly button ring that I got!

There's been a lot of other contest's I have entered. But those were just some from the top of my head. Right now I'm in a contest to win a trip to LA for 3 days and get my hair done by a famous celebrity stylist, to vote for me proceed to the top of the page where it says VOTE. :) I'm in the lead atm as well too!

The best way to get votes IS MyYearbook after you have decked out your profile, and added me as a friend! (ADD ME HERE) make sure you have a couple of pictures on your profile as well or people will think your fake and a spambot!
How to get votes here is simple, get a TON of friends which is easy and first send out "Questions" to all of them. Saying...vote? and then insert the link after. Short and sweet.  Another good way is to "Browse" people and message EVERYONE you see online and say "Hey! Can I get you to do me a  awesome favor?!" and when theey reply explain the situation and kindly ask for thier vote! 80 percent of the time you will get a yes. Best times to do this are in the morning and in the evening. At night if your a  female you will got a lot of pervies asking to get a nood in return for a vote.

Another good way is TWITTER! Follow anyone you can and ask for a follow back, then ask people to RT the contest info! I'm lucky enough to have,  Andrew WK, The Used, Stone Sour, LZZY HALE, New Medicine, Trivium, Korn, and Dan garland following me on twitter, so one RT from them and I've got a good 700 votes! Which if you Follow LZZY HALE then she will more than likely be happy to RT :) (FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER BY CLICKING HERE!)

Facebook. Facebook is actually the HARDEST place to get votes unless you have 1,000 plus friends. I'm not sure why, but it is. at least for me, but the smartest thing to do here, is post it twice on your wall a day to vote for your friends to see. And create an event, invite everyone and ask them to invite others to vote for you! You can usually rack in some votes that way.

Another AWESOME way to get votes is to have a popular blog, If you check out Joannasamerica.blogspot.com you will know what I mean, she is my competetion in the current contest and got up to 500 votes in LESS then an hour with her blog! AMAZING!

Also, get your friends in on it! or your family, once a week have someone help you rack up votes with these ways, I know I couldnt have done it without my boyfriend :)

HOW TO GET FREE TICKETS TO ANY CONCERT! :)

I have been to a shit ton of concerts. And I've only had to pay for one. And that was a awesome Slayer show I went to last year. Concert's are fun, I dont know anyone who doesnt like them. It's a good time to get upclose and personal with bands. It's also a good place to get sweaty and let loose! And a lot of people dont realize how EASY it is to get hook ups to concerts. I'm going to tell you how.

  It's easiest to get free tickets to Hardcore shows and big tours (Mayhem, warped, rockstar uproar). The reason being is because they need as many people as they can to promote them. That being...street teams. When record companies dont want to pay promoters they put together street teams, which is a group of people who voluntarily pass out fliers, promote via social networking and so much more. But, in return the record companies get them anything from free tickets, to meet and greets to free merch.

How do you get on a  street team!?
A lot of bigger bands dont have street teams, because they dont need them, so a good thing to do is find a smaller band that they are touring with and see if they have a street team. All you have to do is go to google and type in "band name here street team" and you will find a page, and if you dont then find out their record comapany and sign up that way. It's a fun hobby and it looks good on a resume!
BUT, you have to do this a few months before. So always keep your bands on track.

Another thing to do is look for contest's, follow bands on twitter and facebook to seee if there holding contest's. Usually magazines have contests as well. Just type into google "WIN TICKETS TO SEE INSERT BAND NAME HERE!"  and something should come up. A GREAT site that I have won tickets off of three times is Killertours.com GREAT site! also check out your local radio stations and record company sites!

It's honestly not hard at all. If anything you will be working a whole 5 hours max for a night of greatness. :) Have any other questions feel free to ask below.
